On December 26, 2024, Dr.Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (Rajamangala Phra Nakhon), along with university administrators and staff, announced the “No Gift Policy” at Rapheephat conference room, 3rd Floor, Rapeepatthanasak Building, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, Thewet campus.
The President declared the university’s commitment to clearly stand against issues related to ethics and transparency in operations. This policy aims to improve the management process and increase public oversight of the university’s activities. It also strengthens a culture of integrity, promotes values of honesty, and fosters ethical practices in education.
Under this policy, both academic and support staff are prohibited from receiving or giving gifts or any form of gratuity related to their duties, whether from colleagues or external parties. They are also forbidden from seeking gifts or benefits obtained through illegal means. However, staff may use signed greeting cards or social media platforms as alternatives to giving physical gifts.
