On September 16th, 2024, Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), chaired an online meeting with Mr. Jun Okita, Chief Executive Officer of Green Carbon Inc., Japan, from the Rapeephat Conference Room at the Office of the President, 3rd Floor, RMUTP, Thewet Center.
The discussion focused on the development and enhancement of academic collaboration in carbon credit trading mechanisms in Thailand. This included the exchange of students and faculty members, training, and joint research with the goal of environmental conservation and ensuring sustainability of natural resources. An official signing ceremony for this collaboration is planned to take place in the near future.
