RMUTP Executives signed MOUs with Chinese universities promoting international collaboration

Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, along with his executive team, including Asst. Prof. Dr. Amnat Iamsumang, Assistant President for Sports and Alumni Affairs; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rungaroon Porncharoen, Dean of Faculty of Industrial Education; Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanapop Soteyome, Dean of Faculty of Home Economics Technology; Asst. Prof. Yutthapoom Suwannavej, Dean of Faculty of Liberal Arts; Ms. Rungrudee Trongtorsak, Director of the Office of Academic Promotion and Registration; Dr. Suwanna  Kemdang, Associate Dean for Administration, Faculty of Liberal Arts; and Dr. Naret Kuntawong, Associate Dean for Planning, Faculty of Liberal Arts, traveled to the People’s Republic of China to participate in the signing ceremony of an educational cooperation Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with two prestigious universities, Jilin International Studies University (JISU) and Anshan Normal University (ANU), from September 8 to 13, 2024, marking a significant step in establishing international collaboration.

On September 10, 2024, the delegation met with the President of Anshan Normal University (ANU) to discuss potential collaboration and joint development, followed by a luncheon aimed at strengthening their relationship. In the afternoon, the group visited ANU, exchanging experiences and educational visions. On September 12, 2024, the delegation met with the President of Jilin International Studies University (JISU). This visit marked an important milestone in elevating educational and research cooperation between Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and leading Chinese institutions, contributing to the development of joint programs and research projects and enhancing a strong, sustainable educational network with the potential for global growth.

Moreover, the partnership between Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon and Jilin International Studies University (JISU) extends beyond the MOU signing, with Chinese students from JISU coming to the Faculty of Liberal Arts to participate in a Thai language and culture exchange from September 16 to October 16, 2024. Additionally, four Thai students from the Faculty of Liberal Arts will have the opportunity to visit JISU for one month. This exchange promotes valuable learning experiences and cultural exchange for students from both sides.
