Personnel Management Division organized the ‘Career Advancement Path for Support Staff’ program, Activity 2, Group 1: ‘Technical Training on Writing Operational Manuals,’ held from July 4th to 5th, 2566, at the Le Celestium Hotel, Bangkok. The aim was to enhance knowledge and understanding of various assessment models, exchanging insights into evaluating works for higher positions.
