BANGKOK, January 18, 2026 – Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) celebrates a significant achievement as its faculty members, staff, and students were honored with 7 awards at the 6th “Phet Rattanachat” Citation Ceremony 2026. The ceremony was presided over by Mrs.Pattariyawan Phannoi, Deputy Secretary-General of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC), at the Teachers’ Council of Thailand (Kurusapa) Auditorium, Ministry of Education.
Organized by the Khumklao Youth Nation-Builder Foundation, in collaboration with the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security and the Office of the Basic Education Commission, the “Phet Rattanachat” awards coincide with National Teachers’ Day and National Children’s Day. The initiative aims to recognize and empower educators, students, civil servants, and organizations that demonstrate exceptional knowledge, ability, and contributions to society.
The 2026 Award Recipients from RMUTP include:
1. Excellence in Educational Innovation and Academic Development
- Asst. Prof. Kwanrutai Wongkamhaenharn, Head of the Marketing Department, Faculty of Business Administration.
- Mr.Chayapat Polboon, Acting Head of the Accounting Department, Faculty of Business Administration.
2. National Youth Development and Education Role Model
- Acting Sub-Lt. Teerapong Thana, Faculty of Business Administration.
3. Outstanding Social Work, Volunteerism, and Public Service
- Mr.Atsamadetchadecha Panthakhai, Senior Education Officer, Faculty of Home Economics Technology.
- Mr.Chawinkorn Kanjanakasem, Education Officer, Faculty of Home Economics Technology.
4. Youth Role Model in Innovation and Creative Development
- Mr. Ratchanon Rattanawijit, Student from the Management Department, Faculty of Business Administration.
5. Youth Role Model in Academic Excellence
- Mr. Karawat Saksin, Student from the Accounting Department, Faculty of Business Administration.
