Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) joined hands with the Thai Cutting Tool Manufacturers Association to develop courses, research, and manpower for the industrial sector.

On January 24, 2023, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), collaborated with the Thai Cutting Tool Manufacturers Association, led by Mr. Witthaya Pholphetr, the association’s president, to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on academic cooperation. The signing ceremony took place at the Rapi Patanakorn Meeting Room, Office of the President, RMUTP.

President stated that this collaboration is a significant step in developing personnel for the industrial sector. Both organizations aim to develop human resources at the certificate, higher certificate, and degree levels, ensuring high-level skills in technology-related production, design, and quality control. This collaboration involves the development of courses, content, and learning materials, along with the provision of equipment and facilities for students to practice according to professional standards. The goal is to equip students with problem-solving skills, product design, and advanced technological capabilities.

Furthermore, the partnership aims to promote research, faculty development, and the advancement of high-tech technology. It will contribute to supporting industries such as robotics, automation systems, modern vehicles, smart electronics, digital technology, agricultural technology, aviation technology, medical tools, and national defense technology.
