RMUTP cooperated with the Dusit District Office and the Traffic Police Division, to increase students’ skills in road accidents.

On August 29, 2014, Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), Chairman of the project “The Safety Hunter” The project was held from August 29 -30, 2024 at the Kromluang Meeting Room, 6th floor, Faculty of Industrial Education, RMUTP, Thewes Center. Honor from Mr. Tianchai Wongsuwan, Director of the Dusit District Office attended the opening ceremony with students of 9 faculties participating in the purpose of encouraging students to have knowledge and skills to survive and prevent injury from road accidents, as well as students have knowledge and skills in first aid and basic recovery. In addition, it aims to make students aware of the severity of dangers in various forms. This training is supported by the Bangkok Health Insurance Fund, Dusit District Office.

The event was honored by Pol. Col. Sorapong Nakayokee, Director of the Traffic Police Operations Division, Royal Thai Police, and his team as lecturers. They demonstrated and provided practical training on various interesting topics such as ‘Safety Skills and First Aid,’ ‘Traffic Laws to Know and Road Etiquette,’ ‘Dangers and Risks of Road Accidents,’ and ‘Survival Thinking Skills and Injury Prevention from Road Hazards,’ among others.
