Led by the Student Council and Student Organizations, RMUTP organized a training seminar aimed at developing leadership skills in organizing student activities for the academic year 2022. The event, which took place on March 25, 2022, was presided over by Assistant Professor Sarathat Kaengpenkae, Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, along with university administrators, staff, and student leaders from all nine faculties. The event gathered more than 80 participants at RMUTP and Royal Hills Golf Resort and Spa in Nakhon Nayok province, adhering to stringent health and safety measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The objective of this training was to enhance leadership skills, critical thinking, and planning abilities among students, aiming to empower them as leaders in organizing various student activities within their faculties and the university. The training covered a wide range of topics, including providing knowledge of recreational activity organization techniques, ensuring the quality of education for students, preparing for internal audit inspections, and psychological and personal development for student leaders. Additionally, the training included skills development in event organization, project proposal writing, and action plan creation for student activities.
