RMUTP has created a technology dashboard to enhance the efficiency of human resource management, aiming to serve as a model for educational institutions to benefit from.

In the era of Industry 4.0, where society is propelled by technology, data-driven approaches are significantly crucial for managing various business organizations. To derive benefits from this data, it requires an in-depth analysis, especially when dealing with large volumes of Big Data or complex information. Presently, there’s a trend towards presenting information in a more understandable manner, utilizing techniques such as Data Visualization. This process involves transforming data into visual representations or Interactive Dashboards, making it easier for readers to comprehend information instantly. Visualized data helps pinpoint key aspects, facilitates deeper comparisons, and highlights intriguing points more vividly compared to traditional data storage in documents or texts. Consequently, Dr. Weerawan Chantarasap, a faculty member of Data Science and Information Technology, along with Mr. Suriyo Kowathankul, an operational HR staff from the Faculty of Science and Technology at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, conducted a study on enhancing human resource efficiency through a technology-driven dashboard, presenting tools for managing HR data through an Interactive Dashboard.
