On May 15, 2025, Asst. Prof. Sattha Khaengpenkhae, Assistant to the President for Student Affairs, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, in her capacity as a committee member of the Driving Participation in Bangkok Development (Dusit District), attended the opening ceremony of BKK EXPO 2025. The event was presided over by Mr.Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, and held from May 15–18, 2025, at the Benjakitti Forest Park Museum Building, Khlong Toei District. The exhibition aimed to promote sustainable urban development through cross-sector collaboration, aligning policy implementation with efficient use of technology.
This year’s Bangkok Expo 2025 was held under the theme: “We Work, BKK Works: City of Efficiency, People Shaping the Future”, featuring exhibitions and activities showcasing Bangkok’s urban development progress over the past three years. The event included exhibitions, panel discussions, workshops, a variety of savory and sweet food vendors from all 50 districts, and vocational training activities.
A highlight of the Dusit District Participation Development Committee booth was the exhibition and activities under the theme: “Strolling & Sailing: Discover the Charm of Dusit”, presenting multicultural tourism routes to promote and support the local economy in two formats:
- Walking Tour Route – exploring local communities and landmarks such as Wat Devaraj Kunchorn, while learning about traditional lifestyles and local culture.
- Boat Tour Route – cruising along the scenic Samsen Canal, linking key cultural and historical sites within Dusit District.
