

The world-renowned university ranking organization Times Higher Education (THE) has announced the results of the THE World University Rankings 2026, revealing the list of the world’s best universities trusted by students, academics, governments, and industry experts worldwide on October 9, 2025.
This year, the number of ranked universities has increased to 2,191 institutions from 115 countries. Among them, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) is one of 31 Thai universitiesthat participated in the ranking and has been granted “Reporter Status.” This marks a significant milestone for RMUTP, demonstrating its engagement in the global university ranking process and its commitment to advancing toward international standards. RMUTP remains dedicated to continuously enhancing the quality of its teaching and research to ensure that its graduates are globally recognized.
The THE World University Rankings 2026 are assessed based on a wide range of indicators across five key areas: Teaching, Research Environment, Research Quality, Industry, and International Outlook. The “Reporter Status” recognizes institutions that are on a trajectory of continuous improvement and are demonstrating potential for future inclusion in the global ranking tables.
