Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Wins the Royal Trophy from Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn at the 15th “Nine Rajamangala Universities Join Hands to Preserve Thai Culture” Event

On April 3, 2025, Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, led a team of university executives, staff from the Student Development Division, student leaders, and students to participate in the seminar and workshop project for developing a student activity quality assurance network, along with the 15th “Nine Rajamangala Universities Join Hands to Preserve Thai Culture” event. The event was held from March 31 to April 4, 2025, at Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi.

The opening ceremony was presided over by Police Lieutenant General Kamronwit Thoopkrachang, President of the Pathum Thani Provincial Administrative Organization, with executives and staff from the network of nine Rajamangala Universities of Technology across the country also in attendance.

Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon participated in cultural exchanges with the other eight Rajamangala universities and joined three competition categories. The university proudly won the first prize and received the Royal Trophy from Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn in the team Luk Thung singing competition (singer with dance troupe), performing a slow song titled “Hua Jai Tossakan” and an upbeat song titled “Phuchai Khong Chan” (“My Man”).

RMUTP Students Win Awards at National Cultural Event.At the 15th “Nine Rajamangala Universities Join Hands to Preserve Thai Culture” event, Mr. Thanaphon Samngamdee, a 4th-year student in Applied Home Economics, won First Runner-up in the male solo Luk Thung singing competition, receiving a trophy from Prime Minister Ms.Paetongtarn Shinawatra. Ms. Paweena Dakam, a 4th-year student in Advertising and Public Relations Technology, earned Second Runner-up in the female solo category, receiving a trophy from Minister Supamas Isarabhakdi. RMUTP also showcased its unique cultural identity with the performance “Jongpriang Ayothaya Thanin” and took part in knowledge-sharing activities on student affairs and quality assurance to support sustainable educational development.
