Sweeping 5 Awards at TICC 2025 – Showcasing Thailand’s Culinary TalentHome Economics students excel in carving, cuisine, and beverages at Thailand’s 29th International Culinary Cup (TICC) 2025

The 29th Thailand International Culinary Cup (TICC) 2025 was an international stage for chefs to demonstrate their culinary, bakery, and creative expertise—skills that reflect professionalism and pave the way for future careers in the food industry. The event also serves to elevate Thailand’s food industry toward sustainable growth on the global stage.

Organized by the Thai Chefs Association in collaboration with Informa Markets Thailand, the competition took place from August 20–23, 2025, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) proudly participated by sending students from the Faculty of Home Economics Technology, who achieved the following awards:

  • Mr.Natthakorn Laopia, a student in Home Economics Education, won the Gold Medal in the Fruit & Vegetable Carving Live: Team of 3 InternationalCompetition.
  • Ms.Natthaporn Chaimongkol, a student in Applied Home Economics, won the Silver Medal in the Fruits and Vegetable Carving Individual International Competition.
  • Mr.Ritta Plieamwilai, a student in Food Service Industry, won the Silver Medal in the Modern Thai Cuisine Contest: Individual.
  • Mr.Siriwat Oimoon, a student in Food Service Industry, received an Honorable Mention in the Modern Thai Cuisine Contest: Individual.
  • Mr.Phumi Chansawai, a student in Food Service Industry, received an Honorable Mention in the World Fashion Drinks Competition – Thailand Division 2026.
