On February 20, 2024, the Office of Science, and Industrial Technology (OSIT), King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), organized a workshop on data management in National Science and Technology Information System (NSTIS) to promote the importance of Science and Technology Infrastructure Databank (STDB) usage upgrade to National Science and Technology Information System. This event was presented by Ms. Sopida Boonaneksap, Director of Science and Industrial Park (SAI Park), gave a report and Mr. Ekaphong Musikacharoen, Director of the Office of Promotion and Coordination for Science, Research, and Innovation, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, opened the training session online at Conference Room BRI-224, Research and Innovation Building, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Bang Khuntien Campus. The training included lectures on the importance of the NSTIS database system and the website format of the NSTIS database system. Ms. Sopida Boonaneksap, Director of Science and Industrial Park (SAI Park), mentioned that the training aimed to train participants in practical skills, such as data import, data improvement, upgrade Science and Technology Infrastructure Databank (STDB) into National Science and Technology Information System (NSTIS)
The training participants were staff from 6 central lower regional network universities, totaling 50 people, including King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT), Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, Chom Bueng Rajabhat University, Phetchaburi Rajabhat University, Kanchanaburi Rajabhat University, and Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP).
