Clinic Technology, Institute of Research and Development, RMUTP Conducted a Project to Develop Batik Fabric and Lotus Fiber Flower Products. 

Clinic Technology, Institute of Research and Development, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), conducted a project to develop batik and lotus flower product development project to enhance the tourism of the Koh Kret community in Nonthaburi Province for the fiscal year 2024, Round 1, The project received support from lecturers from the Faculty of Textile Industry and Fashion Design, including Asst. Prof. Saowanee Areejongcharoen and Mr. Naruepon Phiasarntantiwong, who provided lectures and practical training on product development technology for batik products, such as fabric bags, shirts, and pants, to make them more modern. This event took place from August 22-23, 2024, at the Batik Fabric and Lotus Fiber Flower Community Enterprise in Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province.

As a result, there was a variety of works produced, using techniques learned both in the classroom and through accumulated out-of-classroom experiences. This competition became another arena for learning about the work processes of fellow competitors, helping participants to develop themselves for the future.

Moreover, RMUTP has opened opportunities for high school students (Grade 12), Vocational Certificate (Vocational Level), and Higher Vocational Certificate (High Vocational Level) holders interested in pursuing a bachelor’s degree under the quota system, Round 1.
