On January 17, 2024, Asst. Prof. Yuthapoom Suwannavej, Dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), presided over a training course opening of ‘Dish Decoration’. This event focused on learning various techniques and arts of food decoration to be more appetitive and food value-added. This event was also honored and taught by Ms. Sansanee Polsen, a Professional Chef from Mandarin Oriental Bangkok, and alumni excellence from the Hotel Management Program, Faculty of Liberal.
This event was held at LA102 Room, 1st floor, Hotel and Tourism Operational Building, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon with 29 participants under the major university’s event of ‘RMUTP OPEN HOUSE: Opportunity UNLOCKED’ (19th Anniversary of RMUTP). In addition, Hotel Management is still available for bachelor’s degree by accepting students who completed Grade 12 or vocational degree, and for higher vocational degree in Hotel Management by accepting students who completed Grade 9 or equivalent) in 2024.
