The Faculty of Home Economic Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), Chotiwet campus, organized a cultural exhibition to welcome the President of the Federal Republic of Germany and his spouse for the official visit to Thailand.

On January 25, 2024, The Faculty of Home Economics Technology, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), Chotiwet campus, was assigned by the Secretary-General of the Prime Minister’s Office to organize a Thai food and cultural exhibition during the official visit of H.E. Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, and his spouse.

The exhibition featured the cooking show of Mee Krob Kratong Tong (Light crispy rice flour cups filled with a blend of shrimp, pork, peas, carrots, corn kernels and seasoned with traditional Thai herbs and crispy noodles) by Asst. Prof. Dr. Prasani Tabbaiyiam and Asst. Prof. Dr. Chaowalit Uppathak, Kanom Look Chup (Fruit Shaped Mung Bean Dessert) was prepared by Ms. Premrapi Umyimawee, Ms. Sumpa Terdkwanchai, and Thai fruit carving by Ms. Sukanya Jantakun, Mr. Sakarin Hongratnawarakij and Mr. Khajorn Isarasuchip from Applied Home Economics Department, Faculty of Home Economics Technology at Santi Maitri Building, Government House of Thailand.
