On February 2, 2023, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) signed a memorandum of understanding with H.E. Dr. Sok Prasith, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister of the Ministry of Information, and the Chairman of the Cambodian Youth Student Association (S2). Both entities recognized the importance of human resource development for national advancement through education enhancement, academic scholarships, as well as cultural, artistic, and sports exchanges aligned with the missions of both organizations. This memorandum of understanding is set for a duration of 5 years.
