The event of ‘JINPAO AUTOMATION CONTEST 2023’, which was held continuously for the second year

Mr. Chong Kuoosong, Chairman of Jinpao Precision Industry Co., Ltd., spoke at the event of ‘JINPAO AUTOMATION CONTEST 2023’, which was held continuously for the second year, with Mr. Sirapop Duangsordsri, Assistant to the Minister of Labor, presided over for the opening ceremony, and welcomed by Mr. Supamit Chinsri, the Governor of Samut Prakan Province.

Mr. Chong Kuoosong said that this contest was arranged for robotics inventions for students in higher education, vocational, and secondary education. This year, we arranged under the theme of ‘Transportation/Logistic/Storage’ which brings the automatic material handling system in industrial factories with the mission of supporting the National Policy of Industry 4.0. The results of the competition are as follows;

1. The winning prize is iRAP Armstrong Team from King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok.

2. The 1st runner-up is E.TECH Jinpao Robotics1 Team from Eastern Technology College

3. The 2nd runner-up is Xiaolonbao Team from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang

4. The consolation prize is 3 teams;

– Brainstorm Team from Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon

– Sakolraj Robot Team from Sakolrajwittayanukul School

– NAIA Team from King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi

5. The Excellent Design Awards are ‘Luk Chao Mae Klong Prapa Team’ and ‘TheArtron Academy’ from Dhurakij Pundit University

6. The Excellent Technical Awards is REAL CMU: Malaew II Team from Chiang Mai University.

‘This contest is another big step in Thai industrial development which allows students at all levels to show off their talents and creativity to create new inventions that support the continuous growth of industrial sectors. Moreover, it also supports national policy which focused on the competency development by using innovations and future technologies which Thailand is one of the top cities of ASEAN in robotics production for automotive and electronics industry’ Mr. Chong added.
