Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Design Receives Certificate and Commemorative Pin for 2025 Outstanding Civil Servant     

Asst. Prof. Dr.Pracha Pijukkana, Dean of Faculty of Architecture and Design at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), has been awarded the 2025 Outstanding Civil Servant certificate and pin of honor. The recognition was part of the Civil Service Day 2026 celebrations held on April 1, 2026, at the Public Relations Department Auditorium in Phaya Thai, Bangkok.

Dr.Pracha was recognized in the category of academic personnel from higher education institutions under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI). He was among 623 civil servants nationwide selected for this prestigious honor.The event was inaugurated by Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, while Mr. Piyawat Sivaraks, Secretary-General of the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC), presided over the presentation of the awards. These honors are intended to commend the recipients for their exemplary service, serve as role models of integrity and dignity, and boost morale within the civil service. During the opening ceremony, Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul addressed the attendees, stating: “Civil servants are the pillar of the people, playing a vital role in enhancing quality of life and driving national progress. I urge all officials to continuously develop their knowledge and capabilities while remaining steadfast in ethics, honesty, and good governance, always prioritizing the interests of the nation and its citizens.
