Assoc. Prof. Dr.Warin Sootkaneung, Vice President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), presided over the opening ceremony of the training project on the “Development of Internal Educational Quality Assessors at the Program Level according to ASEAN University Network – Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) Criteria.” Organized by the Office of Academic Promotion and Registration, the training is being held from April 1 to 3, 2026. The opening ceremony took place on April 1, 2026, at the Krom Luang Meeting Room, 6th Floor, Faculty of Industrial Education, RMUTP Thewet Center, with 32 academic staff members in attendance.
This project aims to equip participants with the professional skills and techniques required for conducting quality assessments based on AUN-QA criteria. It also seeks to increase the number of qualified internal educational quality assessors at the program level to effectively drive the university’s continuous quality enhancement.
The training featured distinguished guest speakers, including Assoc. Prof. Dr.Wichian Chutimaskul from the Faculty of Information Technology, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi; Ms.Wipada Siriwat, Director of the Educational Standard and Research Division at the Institute of Community Colleges, under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI);and Asst. Prof. Dr.Kultida Saiprom, Deputy Director of the Institute of Academic Support and Registration at RMUTP.
The speakers shared comprehensive theoretical knowledge and practical insights on developing educational programs to achieve ASEAN and international quality standards.
