Description:

The total building floor area of RMUTP is 148,234.85 m². The table below presents the building areas for each RMUTP campus. At Chom Thong Campus, the existing facility is a temporary structure used solely for plant breeding and cultivation studies. Since this structure is not classified as a permanent academic or administrative building, it has been excluded from the calculation of the university’s overall building floor area.

The ratio of open space area to total area (SI.1)

The ratio of open space area to total area is shown in the table and calculation below.

Indicators
Total area
Total campus area (m2)137,890.96
Total campus ground floor area of buildings (m2)31,441.76

Ratio of open space towards total area = 77.20%

Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) maintained the open space to total campus area ratio as reported in the previous year. No new buildings, major construction projects, or additional open space developments were implemented during this period. Therefore, the overall spatial composition of the university’s five active campuses remains unchanged.
